Offers an industrial modern design that works well with contemporary or traditional décor. It also includes 78" of extra lead wire for higher ceiling installation. The fan blades must be mounted a minimum of 10' from the floor. 30" pitch or 7/12, includes a 8" downrod of 1" (O.D.). Ceiling fan does not provide light. CSA UL Listed Dry. A dry location is an indoor area that is not normally subject to dampness.Air Performance: Airflow 8666 cu. ft./minute on high; Power Usage 91 Watts on high (excludes lights) and Airflow Efficiency 95 cu. ft./minute per Watt. Optional control system available for purchase 4 Speed Rotary Wall Control System (370040, 370032).

Wonderful Addition to My Home Decor!

I recently purchased this ceiling fan and I am thrilled with its performance and sleek design .My analysis of this product showed that it is easy to install, quiet, and provides excellent air circulation in my home and kitchen. The satin black finish adds sophistication to my decor. The only downside is that the pull chains are a bit short. Overall, i HIGHLY recommend this fan for anyone looking for a stylish and efficient addition to their home..

Stylish Ceiling Upgrade

When I tried this product i couldn't believe how much of an upgrade it made to my home AND kitchen. The satin finish gives it a modern touch and the lighting is perfect for any mood. The only downside is that installation can be a bit tricky if you don`t have experience with ceiling fixtures .Overall, I highly recommend this stylish ceiling upgrade to anyone looking to spruce up their space..

Strong fan. Moderate aesthetic problem

I have been using this fan daily for about 2 months. It's very strong, even on the lowest settings. It seems to have a very powerful motor and assembles very well without moving. I would recommend a fan and will probably buy a few more to match the rest of the house. Cons: The dome is used to hide the motor, it's cheaper metal, and deforms just enough to leave an uneven gap between it and the base when you go around the fan.
