I bought three of these as gifts. The last child I gave it to opened it in front of me. Her legs kept buckling, she caught her hand in the area of the hinge. Those were real mistakes on my part. I called my parents and said I would replace them with something else.

The part was already broken when my grandson got it from me. It's irrelevant for him to use and I won't bother sending it back, but for $30 you'd think it would be shipped by courier. The open-close design isn't the best either and I'm sure it won't last long.

I can't believe how much this flimsy piece of plastic costs. He's very shaky. Very easy to move from side to side. The pages can easily fold inwards. Little storage space and very difficult to open a refill. And for paying over $34. i am so disgusted Also, a piece of plastic broke off in the corner. I advise against buying!

Excellent lap table! my daughter loves it She especially loves the storage space! I would prefer if the side legs are open. It's still great for use when sitting on the couch or bed. But when I pick it up to move and clean it, if I put it on a hard surface it falls down. A quick fix is to tuck the pages away. I'm just picking a little.

Compact but roomy enough. My 1 year old Scotty has failed at every attempt to destroy the table. I think she sees him as a "competitor" for my attention. And yes, I have a nice "adult desk", actually two, but with this one I can sit comfortably on the couch, write letters, pay bills or DRAW to my heart's content.

It was never specified whether it was for children or not. And the photo used as an example of someone using it was the same girl who looked older than college. So I bought it to take to college. When I tried to sit down and use it like the picture, it didn't even fit my legs. It's still very durable and I'm happy to keep it, but it only got four stars because it's so small.

no no. And yet the worst. The other +/- 3" metal pin also seems to be slipping out ❗❗❗❗ NO stopper to prevent these pins from slipping out and falling from either side 1. Not even worth $2 (10% of the price),2. Dangerous ❗❗ ❗❗ do not buy for children 7-8.his sharp metal (I would even consider a radical approach. Forbid ❗).
