This is the perfect size for my daughter. She is six years old. She has a bad gag reflex and they are small enough not to bother her too much and it does the job. I can't give five stars because their durability is not as good as I would like. My daughter uses them quickly. Maybe because she accidentally bites them, but otherwise they help against bad breath!

It seems nothing. It's nothing fancy, but it's also cheap and gets the job done. I've noticed that many other people complain that their pen broke straight away, I haven't had such a problem. I could see where it can break if you handle it a little roughly, the handle is hollow plastic but I've used it a few times with no problems. My daughter even plays with it and puts it in her mouth. It also comes with a lid that covers it to keep it clean between uses.
