Kiera Grace PH44005-1 Farmhouse Luxury Frames, 8x10-Inch, Blackened Wood Review

I love the look of this frame, rustic yet modern. Received as a gift to my sister for a pet portrait. Received the frame well and sent it to her strong boxed. When she received it all four sides were broken, as if the clips holding it together broke in transit to her. She was able to fix it but I wasn't happy to hear it didn't hold up after I removed the original plastic wrap.

Nice frame overall. However, the quality could be better in terms of image composition. I am dissatisfied with the fact that the part of the frame that encloses the painting is too narrow when slid into position to fix the frame and hang it. This results in small gray/light black dots throughout the image. Luckily we found a way to solve this problem, but at first I was very upset.

The worst product I have ever bought. Both frames arrived completely broken. The material broke, and each of them was divided into two parts. I glued the two frames together because I don't have time to return them as I need them for a project today. The hinge also came loose on the back of one of the frames. Finally, the material is a cheap composite plastic rather than a wooden frame. It's complete junk. Totally disappointed with this purchase.

I may have misunderstood the description, but I was under the impression that this frame is literally made of wood! To be more precise, SAPREY wood. I gave the photo to my father for Christmas, he is a farmer and I thought he would be delighted with the wooden frame from the barn. It arrived just before Christmas and there wasn't time to return, he still liked the gift but I was very disappointed that it turned out to be nothing but plastic that looks like wood. It's low quality plastic!

When my frame arrived the two prongs on the back were broken and not only broke off, they ripped off a piece of the back of the frame! While it doesn't affect how the other side looks, it does affect how well my photo stays in! It was beautifully packaged and much larger than needed so I'm not sure how that could have happened! I contacted the company to let them know about this. Not to get a refund or replacement, just to let them know that maybe someone isn't doing quality control or…
