Bought this as a Mother's Day gift and it broke. Parts of the spine had chipped off and some of the pins holding the picture in place were missing. Overall it still worked but it was frustrating to receive a poor quality product, especially one intended as a gift. Luckily, Revain got it right, but I wouldn't buy or recommend this product at all.

I love these frames, they were exactly the style I was looking for - I plan to keep them for gift timing and will glue the back BUT both sets of frames were broken at each of the hinges; There was no padding/protection for shipping and this took a toll on the products. When I opened the box bits of fasteners/loops were floating around it.

Just ordered a second one as soon as I received the first! I have a "Family Legacy" wall filled with old family photos. Most of my frames are burgundy and black. This goes perfectly with rich, deep colors. Although it speaks of brown, it also corresponds to burgundy or mahogany. For this great price you get 3 beautiful frames and they look great especially with old photos. I had to send it twice. The first batch came in a large box with 3 airbags for padding but that wasn't enough. All three frames were cracked. I asked for a replacement and Revain sent another set the next day. This shipment was in a box that matched the frame and arrived safe and sound. I'm glad it happened. I ordered a replacement set after my first two arrived with a broken edge each. They were perfectly packaged and sealed but broken so if I taped and hung them they would look cheap. One of the replacement frames arrived the same way after I inspected it without even removing the sealing film. I was only able to use one of the four sets. Absolutely beautiful frame, SPECIAL for the price. And it's actually GLASS (apparently another frame I bought elsewhere was cheap plastic, although they were about the same price). Very high hopes were pinned on this frame. It looks great from afar, but the closer you get and the longer you look, the more you realize it lacks quality. The parts on the frame will not align at the corners and you may scratch your edges because they are misaligned.
