Doesn't work with LED dimmer

150 watt equivalent incandescent bulbs seem just as bright to me as the halogens they've replaced. But they didn't work with the Leviton dimmer I bought for these lamps. They only went at half brightness even with the dimmer set all the way. I had to install a switch. Either these bulbs are not dimming, or my dimmer was defective, or the bulbs and dimmer were not compatible. If you don't need to dim them, they work fine. UPDATE 12/21/20: All of these bulbs are starting to flicker after a fewโ€ฆ

The best halogen replacement I've found!

I'm replacing the old halogen bulbs in my wall lights - or at least I thought I'd try before I have to incur the cost of replacing the lights myself with new ones. These bulbs are just as bright (if not brighter) than the old halogen bulbs, almost (though not quite) as warm as white ones, and dim easily without buzzing or flickering. It's great that I reduced my energy consumption by up to 10% compared to before and as these lights (5 lights) are my main light sources in my living room theyโ€ฆ

Correct size, color - but does not work with built-in dimmers Torchiere lamp

I like warmer LED bulbs as daylight blue/fluorescent light can cause migraines in people with lighter colored eyes. They were the right size, shape and fit the glass cover of the Torchiere lamp I was planning to use them in. The color was perfect for the quartz lamps I was looking to upgrade. The switches and these LED bulbs did not light up at full power and only glowed slightly before. There was a note in the box that they needed an LED compatible dimmer, but I don't remember that in theโ€ฆ
