Enhance Under Bed Storage with Kings Brand Furniture - Heavy Duty 6-inch Bed Risers, Set of 4 Review

Purchased on 25 May 2020: current condition, broken and now I need a new bed. The center riser is punctured and now the sides of my bed are loose and broken. Heavy duty, that's definitely not the case. I usually sleep alone on my king size mattress with my dog next to me. Together we weigh less than 200 pounds. There is no reason these risers should have failed other than poor quality.

Worked great. Risers were needed to raise the small electric fireplace so that it could be seen above the ottoman. On wood or vinyl floors, you should place sticky pads under the risers as they do not come with a plug on the bottom. Happy with the purchase. My leather sofa is good but like many sofas from China. Leather from Italy. Sofas are very low. The elevators work. Again, they make their hardware so nothing you can buy here will fit their screw threads.

I got a very nice bed for free but the frame legs were only about 6" long and I have to keep 12" baskets under the bed as there is no storage space in my bedroom. We need to make room, and an easy way to do that is to use the space under the beds. Feet on my son's 4x4 twin. I've checked all the local hardware stores, the Big RedDot guys and the Wmart guys, they all have risers but only shoot 3.75x3.75 on the biggest ones I can find. I am disabled and can hardly get up from low furniture. I bought these to replace another set of bed risers I had for 10 years before one finally broke. I bought it on 7/11/19 and received and installed it on 7/13/19. They claim "Made of durable, shatterproof plastic". Well, one of them at the head of the bed broke this morning. I bought these for my father because he has trouble getting up and down from a chair. It's not very safe. They slide and fall all over the place if they lose their balance even the slightest bit. If you have square legs, then they are more reliable - our sharp ones. I've read of people filling them with concrete to keep them from tipping over, but that won't stop the chair leg from slipping when seated unless I put some rubber in the top. The concrete idea is good! Good value, hasn't broken yet
