This supposed 17.3 inch laptop bag did NOT even fit in my 17.3 inch laptop. Not even part of a laptop. Plus, No Cushion was even in the bag as pictured. I had high hopes for this bag but I was so disappointed with what I got. You can only put my iPad in this bag. I have already requested a refund.

My only suggestion is to move the handle to a different location; However, I wouldn't carry my big laptop with a pen anyway. The inside is soft and the pockets outside are nice. The fabric and construction are pretty good considering the modest price point. The 17-inch Dell just fits in with a little more room. It arrives very well packaged, on time and in great condition. That's exactly what the seller described. I like it.

Great big but thin bag for my 17 inch laptop. Has 3 front pockets which are also narrow but can hold additional items such as USBs, cables, a small notepad and pencils/pens. The only thing I don't like is that the handle is on the opposite end of the hole. So if you pick it up and don't close the bag completely, there's a chance the laptop will get damaged if it falls out.

Whilst this item appears to be sturdy and durable, this item does not match the description but is larger than the laptop it is intended for, so does not provide a secure fit and is subject to damage. In addition, the inner padding is not smooth or soft, but hard and grainy in my opinion, which is why scratches appear on the laptop bag. I was so excited to receive these when I bought two but am very disappointed I wish they would give accurate measurements. Now anything I order won't be here on

I bought this bag two months ago. It holds my MacBook Pro, mouse and charging cable very well. However, the seams in which the handle is attached diverge. I think in another three weeks the handle will completely detach from the bag. The return period has expired and unfortunately I can no longer use this bag. I ordered another case to carry my device. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

My new 17" LG Gram is too big for the padded "laptop" section of my backpack and it has in the main compartment where it needs to be so is, severely scratched fits. I was concerned that the case would not fit, but it is perfect. Really thin and light. It sits in the main compartment of my backpack and I can easily slip my laptop in, close and close the backpack. I'm not sure how it works, but it works!
