Good idea, bad design

I really liked the idea of turning an ordinary napkin or towel into a bib. However, the "cords" that go around the neck are a hard, rubbery material and do not lie flat around the neck and back. So when my son leans back in the chair, the "strings" are resting on the seat or head. It bothers him so much that he refuses. And since the clamps aren't very strong, the towel or rag comes off instantly. I have returned this item.

yes the clips hold the napkin, but which napkin? If it's a paper towel, all the moisture will stay on your baby's clothes, not to mention the paper towel will likely rip apart within seconds of putting it on your little one, even if you're using an older child with a towel with one have a handkerchief. The moisture still seeps through, as does some of the tomato sauce color that ruins white clothes. This product is suitable for an older child, but then an older child will probably only be ableโ€ฆ

Great idea but needs some work

I like the concept but the execution doesn't work that well. It's uncomfortable for kids, so they try to take it off. I bought these for our Europe trip, one for my 6 month old and another for my 5 year old son. However, I found the cords/wires quite inflexible and the two yellow clips couldn't hold the napkins in place. So I was disappointed with the purchase. I tried it but didn't use it with my kid. My eldest son used it a couple of times because I insisted. I would like the laces to be of a

very useful for feeding

What a great idea and how it has proven itself many times at home and on the go! We had some issues with this initially as my 2 year old daughter was strong enough to rip off what we were using as a bib. Paper napkins were particularly vulnerable, but cloth napkins could also rip off. However, once she realized that messing around with it only delayed eating, she stopped. We bought it 2 months ago and have already used it. It's very nice that you don't have to constantly wash bibs orโ€ฆ

great idea, ineffective productI

I first saw this in a catalog a few years ago and thought if I had another baby I would order it! Fast forward a few years as I sit in a restaurant with my 11 month old wearing a dirty bib and contemplate this product. Got it in the mail from Amazon today and put it in my diaper bag when we went to dinner. I proudly pulled out this ingenious gadget and carefully put the napkin in the brackets. My son reached out and effortlessly removed the napkin from the clip. I looked at it again to makeโ€ฆ
