KiWAV Black Aluminum Hand Control Brake Clutch Lever for Harley-Davidson Touring 2014-2016 Review

I was trying to put some of this peeling paint on my original aluminum finishes and they seem to have come off. They remain matt black for 2 years.

Like the levers. They sent me two new pins and two new locking rings. The only problem was that they were different sized pins and locking rings. I had to reuse bearing pins and locking rings. A little disappointed with that.

I tried to have some of this peeling paint on my stock aluminum and they obviously came off. They remain matt black for 2 years.

Fits snugly on FLHXS 2014. Black color is slightly duller than neighboring components. The first impression is good. I like the black look of the standard aluminum levers because my other controls and grips are black. Installation was easy for me. It took about 20 minutes. Included were chrome pins and locking rings. I reused my black ones. If you don't know how to make an exchange, you can find a video on YouTube.

Similar fit, function and geometry to OEM levers. The color fits. Good price! I wish KiWAV would have made them with holes or other accents and not the simpler ones for the 2015 FLT. Maybe soon. I would order again. Installation was easy on the clutch. With the brake, you have to remove the housing to take out the old lever and put in the new one.
