KnowledgeStream Review

What I like most about this program is being able to utilize it in my role as a customer service representative. I am able to find any information necessary for answering questions without having to go through documents. It also provides reports and data which makes tracking tasks easier and more efficient. Sometimes, when there is a lot of information available it can be difficult to narrow down what you need but other than that everything has been great! I would recommend using this software…

I like how it's easy to use, fast loading times so there isn't any lag time when you're trying to find something quickly! It can be difficult at first figuring out what each icon means but once you get used to it they are pretty self explanatory. There really aren't many downsides as far as this software goes. I like how easy it was to find what we were looking for, as well everything else in our system! It's very intuitive once you get used too all of its features (which are many!).
