Easy to use and quick learn-ability

What I like most about this program is being able to utilize it in my role as a customer service representative. I am able to find any information necessary for answering questions without having to go through documents. It also provides reports and data which makes tracking tasks easier and more efficient. Sometimes, when there is a lot of information available it can be difficult to narrow down what you need but other than that everything has been great! I would recommend using this software to anyone who wants easy access to customer service related materials. It helps me with my job and allows for quicker resolution of issues. It has made contacting our customers way simpler than before where they had to go to multiple websites to request information or submit complaints. I like how easy it was to set up, learn quickly about its capabilities & features (including customizing), as well has being able use all of them in combination with other products such Wordpress for blogs/news articles etc., plus adding my own content too! It's also very flexible so can be used across multiple departments or even different locations within an organization - which helps when you have many people using one system but need access anywhere at any time via their mobile devices.
