The instructions were terrible but it's not hard to figure it out yourself. I don't feel the table is stable even when properly assembled. The legs continue to loosen and need to be tightened. The color is anything but gold. It's more of a pinkish brown metallic. I didn't like the color that much that I bought some spray paint and painted it the color I wanted. I like the design of the table in general. All in all, they're cheaper than the competition, but definitely not "great".

After reading other reviews I was concerned that it might not be sturdy enough but I had no problems. The legs feel taut when assembled and if you twist them again you'll feel them snap into place and tighten them a few more turns. One screw is missing. When I opened the box, the screws and bolts jingled inside and of course were lying around. The box was already mangled by me but I went ahead and started collecting it and of course a screw was missing. Of course I can't solve the problem of repackaging everything and sending it back. Easy to assemble. Very nice tables. I have found that tables loosen over time. If you're moving tables to vacuum underneath, you may need to tighten the legs. Luckily, they simply screw in, so no tools are needed. I tightened the legs and put them back in as easily as I pulled them out. So no big deal for me. I ordered two of these to use as bedside tables in my bedroom. You are perfect! Simple yet elegant. They really look so expensive. The gold is more akin to rose gold, but you can still complete it with brass or yellow gold accents. I prefer bedside tables with drawers, but since I fell in love with this table at first sight, I made up for it by purchasing beautiful wooden drawers, big enough to double as a drawer and hold whatever you put in them to need.
