A camera to grow with!

The Kodak DX7590, as we have seen, produces high quality images with automatic point and shoot mode. However, there are enough bells and whistles to learn from. The color in the room seems a bit off, but even that isn't too bad. It's not for professionals, but for the rest of us it's a great camera.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Slightly torn

A loyal digital camera customer

There was a problem formatting memory cards. For some reason Kodak brand memory cards didn't format, I tried other brands memory cards but they didn't format either so I sent the camera back. I don't think it was the cards. But it seems like a good camera.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Weight

Great camera for photo and photo

The camera works very well. I have one but it fell off the back of my truck when the lens extended and that was it. Even though I dropped it many times it continued to work until it fell off the truck. I have more expensive cameras but the DX7590 is the best camera I have ever owned.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Perfect for casual photography

Nice little camera with lots of extras available to buy. Although this small camera is not state-of-the-art, it is suitable for the average user as it contains the most important basic functions. It gives the impression of being the "best" semi-pro camera without looking overly complicated. Recommended for beginner photographers who want a combination of point-and-shoot technology and manual photo adjustment.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Bad experience

Best point and shoot I have and I have several (Nikon, Sony etc) A bit bulky but it is worth it. Not suitable for movies, but I use it as a still camera. It only needs 2GB Max SD memory cards, but 5MP is fine. Battery life is excellent and the snapshot rate is reasonable at 1 every 2 seconds (with flash). Very clear, sharp image, good color saturation, no complaints. As with ALL cameras, an additional low light flash is essential for good night shots. I recently bought this to replace my 8 year

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing here

Very good camera. for digital cameras

I have had this camera for a few months now and am generally quite happy with it. It's very easy to use. It's feature-packed and enough options to satisfy almost anyone, yet simple enough for a beginner to master. The video mode is handy too and I use it alongside my iBook to make great DVDs. This camera really shines outdoors, especially in bright sunlight. The colors are bright and clear. The close-up mode is particularly useful and you will almost always get sharp images. My only complaint…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Expensive
