I used it as an accessory junction box in our camper van's bodywork - a thick cable on it and then a couple of circuits to various elements (12v sockets, lights, USB). I'm not sure how this will survive the constant plugging and unplugging, but it really isn't designed for them. I haven't blown any fuses so I can't comment on the performance of the LED, but in theory it would be doable.

Perfect for my 12V job There is enough room under the plastic cover to center/connect thick cables in a tight space. Built-in busbar and fuse indicators ensure safety when adding 12V devices without completely shutting down or restarting the system during solar generator self-assembly. For safety and aesthetic reasons, I prefer to insulate the negative/positive cables whenever possible. I use a different negative rail for this and the built-in rail of this switch. Good value for money.

This is a very nice fuse panel. I like the fact that it has a hairpin entrance. The floor bus is also a nice feature. I have used several different fairings on my Jeep Cherokee over the years and this is the most flexible and easiest to install. Others had separate power supplies for each fuse, which then had to be connected to use the common power supply. It is water resistant and definitely not waterproof. If there is more than the occasional splash of water on it, it probably won't work…
