I ordered a pair of these Rhino Grip Pro mounts after the Rhino Grip XL mounts I had on my ATV exploded when I hit a bump in cold weather (they were made of plastic, shouldn't have been trusted from the start). They installed in about 10 minutes using the included hex wrench and 13mm socket. To say they are strong is an understatement. When the product specs said it weighed 7 pounds, they were NOT kidding. This is fantastic. I've had plastic breaks on my ATV more than once. These are all metal fasteners and very heavy. I installed them on my Wrangler's tube doors to keep the rifle on the side of the jeep. Transportation of rifles in the limited space of a jeep on a hunt entails a lot of inconveniences.
