These Konitz mugs are exactly what I was looking for. A simple, yet stylish and durable, no-frills espresso cup set. I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy these little guys are. I ordered a set of 2 from the same brand in 2011 and they are very well made and durable. Durable espresso cups. They are still there, in perfect condition. I ordered these 4 packs thinking they would be the same. No, no, no, nada, not even close. Somewhere, an accountant calculated that if you made them twice as thin with cheaper material, you'd increase your profits. I'm sure it's true, but the result? Garbage. If you're worried, don't worry! This is a great product, you get more for what you pay for! They alone weigh 3.54 ounces with a 6.81 ounce slab. They are small but perfect for a double espresso. They're not 2 ounces, they're 2 ounce 1/2's, but if you make 2 ounces of crema, it fills in the extra space so you have 2 ounces.
