Careful, well made. I just wanted more and different ideas for projects, albeit not step by step. But it's worth buying.

The book looks good but the links don't work in the e version, I can't get the templates to follow.

I've read the book and it shows some nice projects but I haven't made any of them yet. It's well written and will be easy for me to follow if I decide to make something of it.

I was expecting slightly more complex patterns from the book I bought. CT Publishing should offer most of these as free templates on their website to sell more products. You should consider using sites like Garn by Lion Brand as an example. offer good free templates that use the specific products they sell. I'm a bit disappointed with this purchase.

If you've worked with Kraft-Tex and love it, this is a great pattern book to explore other uses. If you haven't used this product yet, you can order a yard and play with it - it requires a large needle, a machine with a powerful motor (not a professional machine, but not a light one either), and you'll have to have some patience to get around bulky but hard stuff to work with, but the rewards are worth it. You get the leather look, feel and durability without the weight and price of leather.
