The ears are a bit tight to use but they are adjustable and once the desired tension is reached they work very well. Pretty big, but proves useful. We are satisfied with the purchase and the German craftsmanship.

Bought for a friend of my father who works as a tailor and has always wanted these particular German scissors but had difficulty buying them due to the price. Definitely put a smile on his face and he really enjoyed using these scissors.

I was looking for a quality pair of scissors to throw in my desk drawer for a variety of uses. These scissors are very nice and sharp, excellent quality but be aware they are very large. More than I expected but it's my fault for not paying enough attention to the product description.

The scissors themselves are of high quality and heavy duty. What disappointed me was the high price and the lack of a protective case or case to store it. I bought poor quality/cheap scissors with a protective case or case for storage. Since I won't be using them every day, storing a pair of scissors is very important to me.
