My son LOVES his new shoes. They are comfortable and he thinks they are stylish :) They are true to size and it seems that the velcro is not as cheap as a popular brand velcro. Big brands usually wear out quickly and offer little to no way to keep the strap taut - they usually only go half the length and leave the velcro open. Fits perfectly (ordered my 5 year old his normal size 11). He says they're comfortable and they make it fast! He can easily put them on and take them off himself. My only complaint is that you have to pull the strap quite far and the strap sticks out a bit at the end. He chose a blue and orange pair because they look like blimpies! It's already stained and unfortunately they don't clean that well. I don't think I would buy them again because of the long straps.
