Quality materials, best lighting and electrics

I bought these to charge a home made 12v battery which I use to power my fish finder. on my little boat or ice fishing. They are heavier than many and should hold up very well. It's very easy to get a good solder joint and I want a fuse joint.

Exactly what I needed and it works!

I used this as a plug to connect the 12 volt wiring from my cell phone repeater to the solar array in my RV. It feels solid, good quality cable, works as expected. I didn't want to wire it in series so I could easily remove the amp and use it in a car or other 12 volt systems. Would recommend to others.

The item does not work with the charger!

The product does not work with the charger! Somehow the internal red LED messes up the charger and it doesn't work. I tried swapping the red and black wires but the results were mixed. Defective product for charging applications. Perhaps it can be used as a 12V DC power source only for power applications (lighting, motors, etc.), but not for PCBs.

Good workmanship, highly recommend

This is a superb product, it's made from high quality plastic so is a little heavier than what you'll find on a car shelf but is built to last. and it works fine, link after link. The wire connectors are copper and thicker, with female headers at the end. I bought this as a replacement for a boat gauge: the manufacturers MUST use this.

Easy Repair 12V Adapter

The 12V plug on the mobile air compressor broke and the first thing I thought was damn I should buy a new one for $50 even though it's just a dumb plug. Then I thought, wait a minute, but can I just buy a spare plug and plug in the cables? These connectors are perfect for this solution, you can either use the connector provided or remove them like I did and connect the wires together, works like a charm.

Replaced the plug on my C7 Vette battery tender with one of these

My C7 Vette came with a battery tender that only had one charging option ie plug the charger into the socket in the trunk . The OE connector never made good contact. When I accidentally tossed my Vette out of the garage without unplugging the charger and removing the OE connector from the cord, I was given a choice, ie buy a new $100 charger or have it fixed.
