Painting with brushes made easy

I've been using these brushes for years and really love them. Great for drawing, great for drawing. They can be filled with water, ink or liquid watercolor. Warning: permanent or acrylic ink will greatly shorten the life of your brush (but it could work). FYI, there doesn't seem to be any noticeable difference between the Kuretake Fude and Yasutomo Niji brands. l Look the same, work the same. I assume that means I make a decision based on price and availability. Pentel Arts Brush Pens in…

My favorite water brush!

This is my favorite water brush. This is the smallest tip I could find and holds the point very well. The chamber is long and holds a lot of water, and this brush (like all Kuretake brushes I've used) does a great job of distributing just the right amount of water. Your brush never dries out, you don't have to squeeze the water hard and it doesn't squeeze out too much water like many other brushes I've used. I really like all of their brushes and if you are looking for a good water brush handle

I liked it very much. Kuretake with yellow barrel has .

I recently bought several different Kuretake water pens to use Inktense in my coloring books. It was my first little one. I liked it very much. The yellow body Kuretake replaced this one as it felt a little harder, but this one is great for coloring medium sized areas. Flow is great, and while it has a slight learning curve to get the water flow right, it's extremely comfortable once you get the hang of it. I also used it for painting. My very first painting! I use this every day

I've been using this Kuretake ZIG Water Brush (Small) every day since I bought it. The tip is small and thin and the brushes don't diverge at all. The body that holds water is quite long, so it holds water much longer than other brushes, and when I drain water from the body, it doesn't give out a huge stream right away. It's a little easier to control. When I'm doing this, I usually hold a paper towel or chamois under the brush to catch the water I don't want, and then run the brush across the…
