Best purchase I've made this year.

Much more comfortable than the little one on the handlebars. Installation was a lot easier than I expected. The best part is that it's affordable.

Throttle jack is a no-brainer if you have Kury grips. Yes, it's expensive for a piece of metal, but you get what you pay for. I can use my palm and relax my grip as I ride and that alone pays off. The 4 screws provided hold it in place and once tightened it will not move. Money well spent in my opinion!

Pros
  • Same as everything before

  • Available in white only

Great complement to Kuryakyn ISO pens.

Great complement to Kuryakyn ISO grips. Keeps your hand awake on long drives and lets you maintain a steady speed on the freeway just by putting your hand on the throttle. I have 2. This one (the larger one) and the smaller one which I feel fits my hand better in most situations. This larger one is more comfortable on long journeys but seems to get in the way in everyday traffic.

Great addition! - Parts

Matches Kuryakyn 6180 ISO grips very well. The extra wide palm pad is very comfortable and works great. The degree of adjustment with the mounting screws is very useful as the position of the handle is what matters most and does not always correspond to a throttle position. I've taken it on two long trips, and while my wing has cruise control, it's impractical in the mountains, and the palm controls have saved my wrist from a lot of pain.

Great, but the position is right.

Excellent quality. Don't accidentally throw away the long screws that come with the Trottle Boss as they're hanging around in the box! They are needed to adapt the Master to the Kuryakyn grips. Set the boss at around 7 o'clock (viewed straight on from the side, along the bars). If the setting is too high (9 o'clock+), your palm will grab the boss in your normal riding position, resulting in extra revs. I had to fiddle with the location a bit, but it's perfect now. Something to consider.

Wide but comfortable. Really adjustable.

Works well. I've already driven several hundred kilometers. Very easy to install. But it needs to be paired with the Kuryakin ISO grip, which is easy to install on the Vulcan 2009 as well. I was thinking of a smaller version of this (triangular) because if you set it up it can get in the way of the grip. Grip, while a small one might not have enough grip anymore. This is about 1/4 (or a little less) the length of the handle. I put mine below (very handy) and it's handy. I'm much moreโ€ฆ

Perfect size and perfect complement to my Kury ISO pens!

I bought my bike used and it came with Kury ISO grips and the original (small) throttle 6520. I got along with it but always felt it was too small, to wear it comfortably for longer hours. After a while I almost thought he was going to dig into my palm. After a long day of skiing I had enough. I started researching some of those cheap plastic throttle bodies. They all looked ugly, but the extra length and width made me think they would be more comfortable in the long run. Then I discovered that
