These are definitely better bearings than the ones that come with the Marcy Home Gym, but they're a bit smaller than the 90mm casters that come with that gym and other what can be a problem when stretching cables. and you're done customizing. However, the trail is smoother the first time you use it.

We needed a replacement for our Weider Trainer. I have tried metal for garage doors but they are noisy. This is MUCH better for what we need. No noise at all and very strong. I was a bit worried seeing how cheap they are compared to many others, but I tried them and two other brands through Amazon. This is by far the best option. I have stayed very heavy compared to most people and have been using them for over a month with no problems. Definitely buy more.

I have an old machine from the 70's that was in dire need of a makeover. Parts from the original company range from $17 to $65, all for a basic pulley. I bought two here for about $14 and they look more built than the original parts. I wasn't sure if they would "fit" since there are different pulley sizes, but it was an almost exact size match. Only time will tell how long they last, but for now they're a great replacement.

I received 2 of these a few months ago. One for my high pulley and one that I use for a low or medium pulley. Both work fine. Friction is negligible, so rope exercises are good and smooth. I tried another brand that had too much friction and I returned it. Before this Kylin pulley, I used a regular garage door pulley.
