Not big enough for standard letter envelope, Seriously?

First, hand in picture is NOT to scale. don't be fooled. Second, this box does NOT fit standard letter-size envelopes. With a little tweaking, it would have been perfect! Not sure the rationale for not making it fit a letter size envelope for the sake of a little design adjustment. Lot more uses for a little bigger size. What were you thinking! (still, don't like the misleading hand:box graphic! Is ANYONE HONEST ANYMORE)?

It works. for my opinion

Box is q bit smaller than I thought and the drop slot is a tad too open for my liking. Its very easy for a person to retrieve the contents of the box with a pen or pencil or almost anything so dont store things of value. It works for what I needed it for. Overall a good buy.

  • The box may be susceptible to damage if exposed to harsh weather conditions or external elements

Good Lock Box in my review

I needed a wall mounted lock box for tv controls for a community room. This worked great. It mounted easily and holds two remote control with plenty of room.

Pros
  • Solid, I really liked how slim it was and it is perfect to keep a little cash savings safe!
Cons
  • The black color of the box may make it difficult to see in low light or dimly lit areas

Great purchase best in my review

Needed it for my farm stand so we don't have to use a jar anymore. Nice and sturdy. Was easy to mount. And the lock is secure. I'm happy!

  • The box may be too heavy or cumbersome to mount in certain locations, requiring additional assistance from a second person

Nice pop of color - my new review

The mechanism seems to work well. I like the size and it feels sturdy. Unfortunately, it arrived DENTED and the cosmetic defect alone makes it tacky for me to use for my intended purposes. Seller wouldn't refund so that's fine. I just can't use it. The color is nice though. I wish there was some quality control.

Nice strong box - my new review

I have purchased several of these to use as lockboxes on my catery trucks. I don't need a safe but when a cusy pays with cash or check, it's nice to have a safe place to drop the money. I also use one to safely store our credit card device.

Nice and secure box for valuable drop offs

This box is perfect for our employees to drop off customer checks so that they stay secure until deposit. The only feature I don't love is there is a slot in the back of the box where you screw it to the wall and sometimes people slip their checks into that slot (which is unsecured) instead of the main slot by accident.

Perfect for my salon

Perfect! I needed something small that the girls at the salon can put their rent money in if I'm not in. Fits in the desk drawer and locks and unlocks easily.

  • FYI .... This is not "red" - much more pink than I had anticipated. But, it’s sturdy and locks.

  • The small size of the box may limit the amount of suggestions or ballots that can be collected at one time

Not as sturdy as i thought

OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT BOX, however the key and space is much smaller than i thought but this was fairly cheap, i think if youre looking to store small documents its a decent buy otherwise i would avoid it and look for something worth the money

great to use as a bank

I purchased this and some white paint markers to make a "Disney Fund" savings box. Works great to keep us out of the savings!

  • instructions for mounting were clear, came with two keys, and was easy to lock/unlock.
Cons
  • The box may be too small to accommodate larger items or donations, limiting its usefulness for certain organizations or businesses
