Good in-ear headphones

These are excellent budget headphones. Bass response is small but natural. I use them as a drummer and they also have a bass guitar and they do both. Highs are a little harsh on cymbals, for example. Other instruments and voices are natural and balanced. Great for the price. 3 drivers

Excellent and at a modest price

Excellent headphones at a great price. Better than any Shures and if you lose them just buy another pair. For best results, use these Comply neoprene tips to get a good deal. They don't actively cancel out noise, but with earbuds that are the right size for your ears, they let out very little noise.

Decent product, poor customer service.

Bought two of these for my band's instrumentalists (bassist and drummer) and within 9 months both were reporting loss of sound in their right ear. I contacted KZ and described the problem and they told me to contact another store but did not give me any contact information or responded to my follow up email and questions trying to get that information. worked but customer support still didn't help with their product. Will change the one star rating to better reflect the product if things are…
