Not the best build quality, but not the worst either. Decent value for money

Might be my tank but unlike the others here it doesn't fit perfectly. It slides a little and the front cover hooks onto the front of the tank. The filter hole is large enough to fit both my filter and heater. So if you are using this on a Betta make sure there is no gap. It's big enough to jump over. The light is bright enough, no real complaints other than the questionable quality of the plastic/plexiglass protecting the bulb, when it arrived it was quite dirty and there was noticeable glue…

Long delivery, arrived broken, doesn't fit properly

I ordered this item for my son's bullfrog terrarium. We have a standard tank of 10 liters. It took about a month for this lid to finally get to me and when it arrived I opened the box to find that a piece was already missing. This is an extendable item for the filter, which we don't have, so I wouldn't lengthen it. The lid doesn't quite fit the tank, and the front, which has a hinge to open and close, sticks out awkwardly and doesn't lay flat. Fortunately, our toad is unlikely to attempt an…

Great aquarium hood at a great price.

I have a 10 gallon aquarium. Its size is 20 x 10 inches. The gas cap I bought it with 8 years ago was rusted and basically falling apart - the feed cap broke, one of the light cases rusted etc. I was looking for something sensible and cheap. This hood meets my needs. Why do I just love this hood and am so glad I have it? 1.)
