I like that it's easy to use, as well has being able tp track time for multiple employees at once! It can be difficult sometimes knowing where you left off when adding more than one user if they've been logged in since before your last entry (and vice versa). Also there are some features within LTT which don't work correctly with other apps such as Google Calendar or Outlook/Exchange - this causes problems during our payroll process because we have clients who make payments via Paypal & SagePay
