It exceeded my expectations. The interior padding is great and the main reason I bought this bag was the exterior zip pocket. I was hoping it would hold my travel headphones. It's slightly larger for my iPad mini 2, but it allowed me to put my headphones, cables, and cubes in a zippered pocket. Fantastic case!

Nice case. I use it for my new HD Fire Kindle 8". It fits perfectly. My color is blue and it looks very elegant. The material feels comfortable, not soft. The device is soft and delicate. There is a small pocket The front lets you plug in the cable but it's difficult to fit a charger in, even an iPhone charger which should be one of the smallest, the charger fits in but the pocket is probably made for credit cards or a smaller phone. My iphone 6+ is too big for it. But I don't care for that…

The padding is dense and compact, the main zipper is of good quality. The fabric stretches a bit and the inside is a nice soft material. It fits both my iPad mini and my small keyboard. The front pocket is a good size for a pen and has some stretch. Lightning there has less traction. It's not soft like the main bag, but it's made of good, durable material. I haven't tested the water resistance but it looks like a synthetic material and the zip is pretty good.
