Love the concept but they don't sit directly on top of the bulb. I keep walking past and having to correct them. They need to be thicker to hold in place better.

This worked great for the lampshade I bought which would have looked too short for a regular harp lamp. The knobs fit the lamp perfectly, but you can still adjust them if needed. Nice chrome color.

The silicone film has melted on the lightbulb. I couldn't get out of the blown lightbulb. I had to throw everything away. The next one will be without silicone sheet. But he held on tight to the lampshade.

I've just started making lamps out of wine or spirit bottles. I fell in love with the Revain lampshade and bought it before realizing it wasn't compatible with my lighting kit. This lampshade adapter was just what I needed to convert the lampshade into what my lighting kit needed.

I have tried many other types of lamp clips or adapters for this lamp which I received without a lampshade. They either had to have a specific louver and/or lock nut size. I kept buying things that didn't work and it was frustrating! Then I bought some that just clip right onto the bulb and BAM! Including lampshade. I use it with an LED lamp that emits very little heat. I haven't tried it with a normal lightbulb yet.

I got a pair of small lamps without lampshades and bought plain lampshades without clips. They fit perfectly and are very easy to use. A simple screw cap attaches to the lampshade, and the clip (with a rubber grommet around each) slides easily and securely onto the bulb. Can't beat the price, especially when you get two. The plastic/rubber hasn't melted, but we use energy saving lightbulbs. Definitely recommend if you need them or replace the ones you have.
