🏮 Lamplight 52664 Farmer's Lantern: Black Original Version with Brown Finish – Illuminate Your Space with Style Review

I was initially excited about this lantern. I quickly realized that cost and design were directly related. However, you never know. I took it to the field and used it as you can see in my photo. Worked fine but is leaking. It kept flowing. It's good for home or decoration, but don't expect to use it as a reliable light source in the field. I spent all my time packing it and worried about leaks.

Does not match description or picture. much less than stated in the product specifications. This is of course a replacement for the lamp shown. Says it's a 12" tall lamp but only about 9.25". Good value for money if you weren't expecting a 12 inch lamp. The photo on the left is what I have next to my real 12" tall lamp on the right. I don't think I'll be sending it back because my wife thinks it's "cute". I wish this one Seller had this for sale in the picture and would buy it.

It's hard to believe someone would charge $32 for this great value flashlight! When I first used it, the flange that controls the top/bottom ball came loose. And I bent it and tried to put the thin metal tabs back into the frame. Then I pushed back the tabs (dent in the frame) and then soldered the flange tabs to the frame. It looks like it's working fine now. A few drops of factory solder would have been enough to get it working.

Lamp light on the left. The rest are Stansport, Dietz and Freuehand. So you can see this is the smallest 1/2 inch match lantern I have. And it's also the cheapest. Good news: it doesn't let in the light like the Stansport does. It puts out a good amount of light, comparable to the other three, for half or less the cost. But you give up durability, the bullet on this lantern is paper thin, I know that because the first one they sent me had a broken bullet. I get about 10 hours of burn time on…
