Disappointing performing paring knife.

After I put it to the test, this knife was a letdown. It struggled to cut through simple FRUITS and vegetables, requiring more effort than necessary. The handle also felt uncomfortable in my hand after extended use..

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Poor cutting performance, uncomfortable handle.

Better than I expected

This knife looked cool in the photo but it looks even cooler in reality. The whirl of detail in the pen is far more complex and precise than I thought. And the polished parts of the blade are REALLY heavily polished. The blade itself became very sharp and retained its sharpness after many uses coring fresh tomatoes in my garden. The narrow width of the blade was unique and very useful for such work.

Pros
  • Household and kitchen
Cons
  • Out of fashion
