Clumpy Disaster: Lancome's Latest Mascara

This mascara was a letdown .While it did lift and add volume, it was difficult to apply, clumped easily, and flaked off throughout the day. It's a shame because Lancome is known for their prestige in the beauty industry. Save your money and try something else..

Problem needs solving

I usually like this product. However, 2 of the last 3 I ordered broke within a few weeks of receiving them. The part inside that you can pull the brush through should come out of the bottle and the whole brush will hold together. It cannot be used and it is too late to return it. Aggravating.
