🪑 Stylish Light Grey Upholstered Corner Bench by Lane Home Furnishings Review

I love these benches, but one of the holes in the benches doesn't match a screw. I've tried several different ways with no luck. The only option is to contact the manufacturer and when they responded I was told to contact the seller (Revain). I feel like they don't want to take responsibility and I'm stuck with this broken bank.

I had to remove at least 30 clips from the underside of the table before I could put it back together. There were over 8 staples on each of the black bars and now there are holes, scratches and broken staples sticking out on the underside of my desk. Once removed it was easy to assemble. I would have been much happier with my purchase if they had packaged my product in a more logical manner without my item being damaged.

Whilst this is a great sturdy table and easy to assemble it was damaged in shipping. One of the corners was broken and it looks like they tried to fix/paint the cracks. There is also a deep scratch on the top on the same side. It doesn't appear to have been damaged in transit, but what's even more disappointing is that this damage had to be verified by the quality control department prior to packaging. Get creative and find ways to hide or fix these problems. Could and should be a 5 star rating
