It's difficult to find an inexpensive round tablecloth heavy enough to cover a dark wood table without a dark top and legs showing like a sore thumb. This works very well. I use it on the hallway table in my house to set up a springtime Easter tree and Easter village. The table is next to a large window so a flimsy white tablecloth just doesn't work as it shows off the table's dark legs and draws attention away from the display case casing.
