I am very glad that I discovered these breast pads. I had problems with leakage and had to constantly change my bra. Sometimes my bra just gets soaked with milk, even while pumping. I have used milk collection pads on occasion which work great but can be quite uncomfortable to wear throughout the day. I had Lansinoh disposable pads but they really annoyed me!
