I had the same laptop for 40 years and it finally fell apart. I searched very carefully for a new one and settled on this one: I was NOT disappointed. It's cute but stylish enough for an adult. It's a great shape and size. I use it every day and it's worth every penny I paid for it!

I bought this as a small gift for my wife and she really liked it. Your 12 inch Macbook will fit nicely on the surface. The pillow is comfortable and she can easily wear it on her lap for some time. However, the surface is too slippery, and the device can easily slip off even on a slight incline.

This is a nice item but it looks cheap. There was a "bubble" on my desk (like when you put a screen protector on the screen with those pesky lint!). Plus it works for what it is and it's ptetty and handy. I've been using it every day since I received it so far so good. I use it for my 13" and 15" MacBooks.

So quite normal for the price. The bag contains what feels like styrofoam balls and by rubbing with your feet you can adjust the surface to suit your comfort. The top is a smooth, glossy, almost smooth surface, but my laptop has rubber feet, so slipping isn't a problem for me.
