Limited migration tool but good job

This migration tool solves the problem of migrating settings to a new computer. But in terms of everything you need to get around, its usefulness is limited. Applications are not transferred. You have to reinstall them. However, in terms of movable customization, it is very good at it and easy to use. If within that limit you have most of your data in the cloud, a good migration program might be right for you.

You forget to mention the additional services you need to buy

First, you have to spend more money to buy a higher quality program that transfers applications and not just data. I did just that because. God knows where all my programs and licenses are now. Then I encountered a problem as the new computer has 2 hard drives, SSD and HDD. It kept trying to transfer to SSD which clearly lacked the capacity as it was only an OS and I couldn't change it to transfer to HDD. tried customer service. That makes no sense. I know more about computers than they do. I…

Attention, if you want to migrate your previous systems as intact as possible, do NOT install the express version as indicated on the attached card. that you want CALL their customer service chat and buy the Pro version for an additional $20 and SAVE yourself a lot of time. do nothing. It's pretty rude to try to print to your main printer on your second day of work only to find out nothing happened. Those two issues aside, LapLink is still 'it' after all these years!
