It was a really complex and time consuming painting but I like how it turned out! The actual image wasn't as dark as the picture, the browns, greens and oranges were lighter, but it wasn't bad. So that's a tough review. I've painted by numbers many times and thought this was really different. The colors were really good and smooth to apply, I bought my own brushes because brushes are always too big for all the small spaces. Strange that the colors don't match at all! I finished it because I don't like things left unfinished, but I wish the colors matched better!

This is my first color by number. I really liked this project. A few things to know before you buy: - The picture shows two different colors. It's a much lighter orange (not red-orange) and lavender is a light gray. That makes it a bit unnatural. The sections are very small and require patience. Sometimes you have to follow it for a while to find the number. I tried everything to unfold the wrinkles. Judging by the photo, only the top remained. Stretching and ironing didn't help.

Item has arrived, please note this is canvas paper folded for shipping. Clear folds are obtained on unfolding. Instead of going to a frame shop to have it stretched and framed, I took an iron and somewhat ironed it. Then I glued it to the board and started drawing. I read all the instructions but it wasn't very clear how to use water. Colors: The colors were nice colors, I liked them. However, some of them are not quite enough. I used Liquitex Matte Medium to make some colors last as they got a bit dry and thick (not watery).
