I have not worked on my model

This really sucks as I hate writing a bad review. I have an HP Envy x360 15m0023dx (maybe just with my model) 1) The USB-C cable that came with the kit, when connected, only distributed audio but not display to external monitors. 2) I switched and got a Thunderbolt 3 cable. This now extends the display to an external monitor, but when I connect the ethernet the display turns off. Okay, I don't use ethernet, wifi works too. But the display randomly dims on different monitors. Unfortunately I had

Looks the same as the Rayrow dock which is no longer sold at Revain.

Looks the same as the Rayrow dock no longer sold at Revain. At first I thought it would be a winner. Slowly but surely, various ports failed. HDMI port, audio port, USB ports. I had to run ports on my laptop, which defeats the purpose of this thing. I bought an 11-port docking station from Anker. I haven't had an anchor to swap for a long time, but so far everything is fine.

Ports and internal SSD stop working after 2 months. The same with the replacement block.

I received both devices - and everything was exactly as promised - well made device with all connections as expected and described. I also bought and installed 2 named discs. First both Macs found the device and the drive - then one Mac started giving errors regarding USBC power delivery (they are self contained and pass power through USBC to the Mac - contacted the seller - and without hesitation they sent me another unit. now both units work except the ssd i found. my intention was to use the
