I received both devices - and everything was exactly as promised - well made device with all connections as expected and described. I also bought and installed 2 named discs. First both Macs found the device and the drive - then one Mac started giving errors regarding USBC power delivery (they are self contained and pass power through USBC to the Mac - contacted the seller - and without hesitation they sent me another unit. now both units work except the ssd i found. my intention was to use the drives on time machine drives - but no matter what i do - they don't mount again. i rebooted , I unplugged and plugged back in, I turned off and on all devices, nothing, don't know what to do next.
