Bag is okay, is missing the shoulder strap

Hi- I have to say I’m a bit disappointed with my experience and purchase. The shoulder strap is missing with the bag I received. Also, the package it was shipped in arrived 3 days late and the box it was in had a hole in it. I’m requesting that a black shoulder strap be mailed to me ASAP so that I can carry my bag as a shoulder bag as it says it can be in the listing.

Amazing purse! Beautiful soft leather, large enough, lots of pockets for organizing

I have been looking and looking for months to find a purse that encompassed all that I needed. This is it! The purse is large enough without looking like an overnight bag. There are two sizes of this purse. This is the Larger 13L X 9.75 H X 5.07W. The crossbody strap is perfect; has the hold down pieces so the end is not flapping. There are 2 ways to attach the crossbody. One on top and another option on the side toward the bottom! Feet keep it standing so not falling over. Love the zipper…

So cute and roomy. I’m in love with this hobo bag.

I. Love. This. Bag.I’m obsessed. I got the brown color and it’s super nice distressed leather. Honestly not sure if it’s real leather but it does state that and appears to be. It’s gorgeous. Plenty of pockets inside and really roomy. Comes with the strap also if you would rather it be a shoulder bag. It’s great quality and I love it. Already using it. I cannot recommend it more.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️

Capacity tote bag best in my review

This is a truly beautiful bag…however, it is much larger than I need. I would like to find another a bit smaller. No external pockets for easy access to essentials like a phone or keys.
