This calendar is beautiful, has large day squares, holidays listed -- everything I love in a calendar. What wasn't listed in the item description is that the pages are GLOSSY. So if a person uses felt tip or gel fountain pens, it smears. 😕 If a person purchases this, only regular ball point pens or sharpies can be used to write on this calendar.

Great Calendar! This had everything I was looking for -- the large size for an older relative who can't see so well, large spaces to write, thick pages (Sharpie markers don't bleed through), can hang on a wall or lay flat, no surface-scratching spirals to deal with, nice design, great price, arrived on time, packaged nicely in a box, etc. I am very very happy with this purchase and will be ordering again! As advertised. Don't fall for the "free pens" offered. You have to pay shipping and a $.07 charge to revain. That is not free. I won't reorder from a company that sells you a product with promise of a free item and then turns out to be a freaking lie! The calendar is worth the price but their untrue freebie promise will keep me from doing business with this company ever again.

I was happy to find that this calendar is still available, and even happier to find that the quality is as good as ever. The pages are made of thick paper, so writing does not "go through". Erasing and changes don't bother it at all. We started using these large block calendars when our children had lots of school activities, however, they have homes of their own now and we STILL have lots to keep up with. I LOVE this calendar! I've been buying the Large Grid calendars for many years now and will never go back to "traditional" calendars again! I have plenty of room on each day to put birthdays, anniversaries appointments and functions like parties, dinners, etc. It's become the "go-to" for my husband and I to look at constantly to see what the day/week/month has in store for us at a single glance. Perfect for the busy schedules we have!

Bought this last year in ordered another one for the coming year. Best calendar I've ever had. Large grid with thick pages so that when I write on it with marker it does not bleed through to the other side. The only downside is I don't think the staples are quite big enough to hold this together because the one last year came apart and this one is coming apart also already. But I just tape it.

The calendar looks as shown on the website and meets our needs for marking and logging purposes. The area for each date is large enough to record personal events and appointments. It is well constructed using quality materials.

I like larger-sized calendars. I write big and need larger-sized grids. This calendar isn't too big - just large enough - and it looks nice on my wall in the kitchen. It was a good value too.

I love the large spaces to write in! My calendar is packed with birthdays, anniversaries, work schedules, doctors appointments, beauty treatments, and other special occasions. So much room for all of my memories. I keep them for many years as a type of journal; so I can look back at what I've accomplished throughout the year. I now buy them for myself, my daughter, and my elderly parents.

This calendar is not only giant print, so you can write appointments, etc., but also pretty and colorful. I'm going to try to get this calendar every year! I love it! It's perfect!I'm now revising my review! All the above remains true, but after a month it fell apart! I now have the pages held together with paper clips. I love the calendar and will buy it again but hopefully next year's will be made better. It just doesn't lay right with the paper clips!

Got this for my sister who has many doctors appointments unfortunately. She's very happy w/ the size of the blocks and easy to fill in for appointments. I got her this last year and she loved it so just followed up on the new year.

I love this calendar except for one thing: They need to add additional lined, blank spaces to write other things and notes in. The large grids are great for writing appointments and such; however, there are other things I need to fill in that don't involve dates.

I purchased this calendar for an elderly neighbor because he was struggling to see the dates on other calendars. My neighbor tells me regularly how well he can see the dates on his calendar and can keep track of what day of the week it is.

The squares are nice and large for a person that writes big, has more than one appointment in a day or likes to add stickers matching the appointment for certain family members. In addition, this hangs to the side of my kitchen sink and I can't be directly in front of it to read it. It's great at a glance for everyone! Also great for elderly who's eyesight is not what it used to be. I bought one for my Mom and she loves it.

I normally order calendars from somewhere else, but didn't like paying double for shipping, so I took a chance on this item. LOVE IT! Actually has more room to write than the ones I usually buy and the numbers are in a clear, large font that's easy to read if you wear glasses. Very high quality, slightly glossy paper is easy to write on.
