Exactly what I needed resulted in additional hardware.

Exactly what I needed, guided and comes with extra hardware but keep in mind what length you really need, I needed about two feet more but I got it working by doing replaced it with another valve

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Very well done, best in plumbing

I bought this to replace a Valterra factory valve. After 2 years, 2 Valterra valves started to leak. This thing is built a little better than Chinese Valterra valves. The seals are made of better material and are thicker and nicer around them.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Valve works very well

My first release valve was Valterra. It was always a little sticky and didn't seal well. It was a straight screw, it sits correctly on the installed flanges and runs smoothly. Significantly better than the originally installed Valterra valve.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Expensive

48 inch cable is ideal for heavy duty applications

As advertised the 48 inch cable is ideal for heavy duty applications. I just removed the valve from the existing position. If you use a 2x4 wooden block, it is enough to open it up to install a new block. (valve only), make sure the o-rings are in place. replace four bolts and nuts. You're ready to go.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Much better than Valterra!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy Valterra. I bought the Valterra a year ago and it didn't last long, it still had a leaking gray water valve. I bought one of these for my rear black water and gray water bath tank and it works great. The valve opens and closes smoothly, unlike the Vterra, which opens and closes heavily and heavily.

Pros
  • Good cause
Cons
  • Safety

Works great, no problems

I had the 72" corded version that was on my van (the cord broke after a few years of use) and I chose the shorter version as it fit better. The product worked great, installation can be a pain (mine is between the bottom and the floor) and it was the first time I've repaired it. No leaks, works great. Also, Revain's price was much cheaper than Camping World and other van parts stores.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • None

Works exactly as it should!

Installed on my 2002 28ft RV and it worked great. I replaced the exact same item so I didn't have to use the flanges, I just unscrewed them and put the new one in. The cable runs smoothly and seals well. I can't think of any cons so far. I was very thankful to find the exact same item that matched my pendant. Thank you Rewin!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No Automatic

Check carefully upon delivery!

Purchased for 2016 Winnebago 2455BHS. The valve was fine, but I noticed immediately that the cable jacket was damaged near the valve. Probably a manufacturing defect that could pose a problem as I see that kind of damage opening up along the way and dirt can get in later causing the cable to jam/fail. Luckily I only needed the side of the cable with the handle and shorter than the 48β€³ that came with it. That way I was able to take it off the new valve, trim the damage and use the good part from

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • Disappears
