I was initially skeptical because it's so close to my eyes, I've seen people with eye problems come from eyelash extensions (I work in an eye clinic). I tried it though and surprisingly the results were instantaneous, one set will probably last you a couple of times. The product works, it's a perm solution and neutralizer, it should work if not formulated correctly. does not include tool for removing product from tiny bottles. So unless you already have the tools to do this or are already a specialist in eyelash extensions, you will find it difficult to remove the product. This product has worked wonders for me! I'm taking off a star because there are instructions everywhere. I ended up watching a few YouTube tutorials and getting them to work. When I first curled my lashes, they looked flawless. After 3 months I tried curling my eyelashes again but with great difficulty. The second time my lashes didn't curl as much, although I stayed two minutes longer in each eye compared to the first time. The product should still be good until the end of 2021. Product has a shelf life of 18 months I wonder if it was an old product but eyelash glue doesn't work which means the pads don't work If the lashes don't stick, the lashes aren't sticking to the pad and therefore the process won't work. I'm willing to try again with a "fresh" product, but I don't know if it's possible to return it with an open product. Pity!
