The product works, it's a perm solution and neutralizer, it should work if not formulated correctly. does not include tool for removing product from tiny bottles. So unless you already have the tools to do this or are already a specialist in eyelash extensions, you will find it difficult to remove the product. I have everything in stock and went with qtips, it worked but found that the tip got wet and therefore a lot of product wasted. The glue in this set is absolutely useless. I recommend using a false eyelash glue that you may already have. The Kiss brand with aloe is the best, it's gentler on the skin. The cleaner inside is stupid small, you'll need more to completely wash off the remaining glue. I used micelles and petroleum jelly afterwards to get the job done. The process is not easy to do alone, but it can be done with a lot of patience, good lighting, and a zoom mirror. But if you can get help, maybe that's better. Use plastic wrap to cover the perm solution until it sets to retain heat and ensure the product is working effectively. Also use cling film when neutralizing with the second solution, this will only help it set better. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET THE SOLUTION IN YOUR EYES!
