Not hard. literally sat 2-3 minutes and wiped with the Q tip and lightly wiped the lashes (individual lashes). The tin came half empty but I decided to keep it to myself so as not to have to wait for a new one. That was my first mistake! This cream works for too long, causing irritation and burning even before the glue has dissolved. My natural lashes still have glue on them and a few extensions haven't fallen off. Unfortunately, my eyes are so irritated that I can't apply anything! I will be returning it as I will no longer be using this product.

I ordered this product because sometimes I get tired of my lashes and just want to take them off which is stupid waiting for them to fall off or making an appointment agree. Unfortunately, this product wasn't for me 😐. Nothing happened, I put on a water jet, waited 2-3 minutes and nothing came off, maybe my eyelash was stuck with another glue.

I do my own lashes and this remover was the first to love my eyes so much. I recommend the GEL remover, bought another one and sent it back. By the way: The gel remover removes eyelashes within 1 minute, it takes about 20 minutes to dissolve the eyelash glue. not to mention the actual product, like a quarter size.
