Battery Life - Computers and Accessories

I have used a Dell product for many years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with this product. Brand new out of the box, I noticed I only get 2.5 to 3.5 hours of battery life. It seems to me that this is small compared to other laptops. I'm not a gamer and I don't watch a lot of videos. I've had at least 3 Dells before and have never noticed such rapid battery drain. I spoke to Dell tech support and they tried to help but in the end they said I could expect 3-4 hours. will be…

Dissatisfied Dell owner and customer

Not the fastest computer I've ever used. Works smoothly. Won't start in Windows 10 Safe Mode with Networking. The problem is either with the network adapter (QCA9377) or with the network driver. Can't get anyone including Dell to work on a fix. Dell charged a $99 fee just to scan a driver for a possible fix. I would definitely not recommend this computer for the experienced "wizard". Suitable for beginners or casual users. Dissatisfied Dell customer. Less than a year old and the headphone jack…

Pros
  • 15.6 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) non-touch anti-glare display with narrow bezel and LED backlight

Good computer, bad touchpad.

This computer runs smooth, fast and has a built-in camera to match. Internal features like RAM and a hard drive are all that a typical user needs in a computer. So far there are no complaints about the backlit keyboard. I have three complaints about this computer. The first and most frustrating thing is that the click function on the built-in mouse pad is too sensitive. If I just move my cursor over the touchpad, it sometimes randomly clicks elements on the page when I don't want it to. To make

Terrible battery life

Less than 5 hours of battery life. Worst battery life of any laptop we've bought! If you need battery life, avoid this at all costs.

Pros
  • Intel UHD Graphics with shared graphics memory, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, English
Cons
  • Some weaknesses
