It didn't help me. I rolled away and felt uncomfortable lying on my side, which is my usual sleeping position. The pillow itself is comfortable, but due to the required sleeping position (probably good for back sleepers) I didn't get the acid reflux prevention benefits I was hoping for. I returned the pillow.

So far so good with this wedge. Helps me with my inveterate acid reflux. First, the smell from the packaging is just amazing. I don't know what is used on the foam or wedge but there is a strong chemical smell. I used a blend of essential oils to get rid of the smell. I've had it for almost a week now and the smell isn't that strong but I can still smell it. Aside from that minor annoyance, the wedge is good.

This was a great help for my husband with reflux as he rarely wakes up with a cough with this pillow. The cover is easy to remove and washes well. I ordered a pillowcase for him and although it's a bit big, it works. It would be nice if the company had their own that really fit. I recommend this pillow. I use it to watch TV or read when he's not around, I might even have to order one for myself.

My husband and I had a "sleepy divorce" for over five years - I slept in the guest room because of his snoring. It was so bad that we had to get two rooms on our trip. He had nose surgery and needed assisted sleeping for a week and I noticed he didn't snore. I've got these wedges and I'm back in the master bedroom! It took about a week to get used to, but I highly recommend you try this product.

I bought this for my daughter because she couldn't sleep with a cold and her sinuses wouldn't drain at night. She woke up very congested and her throat felt like a frog. This wedge did it! This helped her empty her sinuses overnight and she was able to sleep through the night. Her throat turned into a light tickle. Very glad I bought this. It's handy, just wish it was smaller for storage issues.

Pros: Very comfortable. This way you can fold it up, which works well when I store it in my RV for camping trips. Cons: Too soft in the sense that it started to lose its shape after using it every night for 4 months. Update: 18 months later and I still use it every night. The foam flattens out a bit, so I ordered another one right away. I've tried other foam wedges in the meantime and they aren't as comfortable as this one and they don't fold. Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars.
