I don't do many creative projects, but once in a while I dust off my Cricut and go into town. This glue was recommended to me by a friend who taught postcard making classes for many years. Just enough to adjust at the last second and then quickly glue and lock. It has a fine tip for small details and does not deform the paper.

I too had high hopes for this adhesive and was very disappointed when I made a postcard out of cardboard with foil strips. You could see the outline of the glue right where I applied the glue to the front of the postcard. It also starts to come out as soon as you unscrew the cap. You'd better be ready to start gluing when the lid comes off. It was really disappointing. I haven't used it since, fearing the same thing would happen with another card I've spent hours with. :-(

This glue runs a bit, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I have read some other reviews warning that this glue is not the same as the Gina K Connect glue and it is true that it is not. The applicator has a slightly wider opening, and since the adhesive is less thick than Gina K's, it comes out in a wider, thinner line. Oh My God! This glue is great! I think after years of making postcards I've tried pretty much every kind of glue: dots, stripes, pencils, etc. I bought this tube of glue because I needed a way to glue narrow words together without leaving a mess. It applies cleanly, the flow is very controllable and only a very small amount works. It becomes transparent. I have time to adjust the position before it dries. Now this is the only glue I use. It works great with ribbon, yarn or solid embellishments.

Got a replacement quickly and the adhesive was very thin at first. This is a great glue. It has a matte finish that doesn't show when it dries. It spreads well with a fine tip. It does not show through parchment as strongly as other adhesives. Towards the end of the vial it becomes more difficult to dose (acts like a stopper). I solved it by holding it at an angle. It dries very quickly - you only have a minute to rearrange the product.
